Hold on to your unicorn horns - it's time to get down to some magical business!

Before we embark on our epic adventures together, we want to ensure that everyone is on the same page. So here are a few terms and conditions that govern our whimsical world of Unicorn Walks:

Section 1: Service Description

1a. Brace yourself for the finest professional dog walking services in all of Australia! We've got your back. Our team of experienced dog walkers will give your precious unicorn the exercise and companionship they deserve during our enchanting walks.

1b. The length and frequency of these walks will be determined through a delightful agreement between you and our magical company.

Section 2: Client Responsibilities

2a. Before we embark on our journey, please make sure your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations, protected from pesky fleas and ticks, and has received any necessary medical treatments. Health is wealth, even in the land of unicorns!

2b. We kindly ask you to share accurate and detailed information about your dog's health, behaviour, and any special needs. The more we know, the better we can cater to their unique personality.

2c. To keep our adventures secure, please equip your pup with a trustworthy leash and a collar or harness fit for the occasion. Safety first in magical realms!

2d. Should anything change with your dog's health, behaviour, or your contact information, please let us know so we can keep our unicorn-loving selves up to date!

Section 3: Safety and Liability

3a. Worry not, dear client, for we take precautions aplenty to ensure your furry companion's safety during our walks. Their well-being is our top priority! In the unlikely event of any unicorn mishaps during or after our walks though, we cannot be held responsible unless we're being extremely mischievous and/or downright negligent.

3b. It's important to note that unicorn walking adventures come with a sprinkle of inherent risks, such as potential frolicking with other animals or experiencing unpredictable antics. It's all part of the magical charm!

Section 4: Cancellations and Rescheduling

4a. If you find yourself in a super-pickle and need to cancel or reschedule our anticipated adventure, please give us at least 72 hours' notice. Doing so will grant you a full refund, and we'll still be friends!

4b. Should we receive less than that magical 72-hour notice, we'll likely hold on to 100% of the payment collected for the walk.

Section 5: Payment

5a. Before the whimsy commences, please settle the agreed-upon fees for our unicorn walking services.

Section 6: Termination

6a. Should the time come to bid adieu, either party may bring this magical agreement to an end with written notice. A bittersweet farewell, but all good things must come to an end.

6b. In case of termination, any outstanding payments will need to be settled quicker than you can say "abracadabra."

Section 7: Confidentiality and Privacy

7a. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us! Rest assured that we'll handle all your personal information like a dragon egg - with the care and respect it deserves!

7b. Unless we're legally obligated to, we won't spill any client secrets to third parties without your consent. Your trust means the world to us!

7c. On that note though, we'd love to show off your adorable unicorn in our social media posts and other magical marketing materials. We can't wait to make them a star!

Section 8: Enchanting Realm of Laws and Jurisdiction

8a. This Agreement shall be graced by the governing powers and interpreted with the harmonious melodies of the laws of Australia. Should any disputes arise, as if conjured by a mischievous sprite, they shall dance in the embrace of the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
